Paid 700 dollars for sprinkler repair and he never came back

We hired Miles Spangler to fix our sprinkler system. Gave him 700 dollars. He came out one time and that was it. Now he won’t answer his phone. I’ve called him a bunch of times and nothing. Just left us hanging with a broken sprinkler system and no way to get our money back. His number is (352) 531-9686 and he’s in Leesburg, FL.
