Saw an ad on YouTube, paid over $235, and got scammed
I saw this ad on YouTube for a product. I placed an order and paid $235.21. I did get the product with an order number and a contact email, [email protected].
But when I looked it up, I found a lot of other people saying they got scammed by this same thing. There's no return invoice or a phone number to call, just that email address. The email is bogus. The address on the stuff was some warehouse in Ogden, Utah, but that doesn't help. I feel completely ripped off.

Saw a Mindboost ad with Bill Gates, paid $188 and can't get a refund
I was online and an infocommercial popped up with Bill Gates talking about Mindboost. I really thought it was a real commercial. It was on ABC News, so that's how they made it seem. They had a money-back guarantee.
I paid $188.67 for it. When I tried to email them at [email protected], it didn't go through. I also called the 800 number, (800) 390-6035, and there were 150 people in line ahead of me for customer service. I can't get through to anyone for my refund.
