Got a weird voicemail about a debt review from Tyler

I got a voicemail from a guy named Tyler. He said he was with Miranda Prescott's team at the Credit Adjustment Division. The number was (585) 390-2838.

The message said he was calling about a priority file review for an unsecured debt account. He said my file was flagged under some new qualification criteria. It cut off right after he said "this review."

I looked it up and the address they have is in Cold Spring, MA. I don't have any debt with them. The whole thing felt off. I never got any letters or emails, just this random voicemail that didn't even finish.

Got a call about a debt review I never asked for

I got a call from a number I don't know, (917) 480-2466. It was a voicemail from someone named Tyler, saying he's with Miranda Prescott's team at the credit adjustment division. He said he's reaching out about a priority file review for an unsecured debt account, that my file was flagged and needs confirmation.

He kept saying there's no obligation and it won't affect my credit just to review, but that the review window is time sensitive. The message repeated the callback number three times, 888-988-1702. I never contacted them about any debt review. I don't have an account with them. It felt off getting a call like that out of the blue.
