Getting voicemails about a debt review I never asked for

I keep getting these voicemails. It's from a guy named Tyler who says he's with Miranda Prescott’s team at the Credit Adjustment Division. He says he's calling about a priority file review for some unsecured debt account.

He says my file is flagged and needs confirmation. That I should review what's available and that the review window is time sensitive. He says there's no obligation and it won't affect my credit just to review. The team is available from 6 AM to 9 PM pacific time. He wants me to call back at 888-988-1702.

I don't know what this is about. I never contacted them. The number they called from is 698-889-8817. I just keep getting the message.
