Voice message saying I have a case number in Ohio

I got a voicemail from someone named Miranda Robinson. She said she was calling from the state of Ohio and used my full name. Said a formal complaint was about to be filed against me and that I needed to call 844-778-0649 and reference case number 184-717.

She said something about steps of Easter and documentation and that they would try to serve me at any address they have. Then the message cut off. I never heard of any of this. I don't know what it's about.

I didn't lose any money but it felt strange. No company name was given really, just that name and that phone number.
