Ordered a dress from Mirasahome and got something totally different

I ordered a dress from Mirasahome.com and what showed up was nothing like the picture. Completely different item. I contacted them right away asking for a full refund and a prepaid return label like their policy says.

Instead they kept offering me partial discounts to just keep the wrong thing. I said no and asked again for the refund and label. Then they told me I'd have to pay to ship it back to China myself and then ask for reimbursement later. Their website clearly says they provide a return label within 30 days and I was still inside that window. They just won't follow their own policy.
