Online dress purchase with rude return demands and body shaming
Then they sent us photos of a mannequin wearing the dress and said if the size was wrong why did it fit the mannequin so good. They basically said she must be the problem. Like a mannequin and a real woman are the same thing. The whole thing was insulting.
After all that the most they offered was $20 back. The dress cost way more than that plus I paid shipping too. Their email is [email protected] and they are based in GZ somewhere. I just want my money back for something that doesn't fit.
