Bought dresses that didn't fit, now they won't give a real refund.

I bought some dresses from MISSACC.com and when they got here, they didn't fit at all. I tried to return them to get my money back, but they are making it so difficult. They just offered me $20 back at first. I kept telling them no.

Then they came back and offered $40. They said if I want a full refund, I have to pay $133 to ship the dresses back to China myself. That doesn't make any sense. I spent $250 and I just want my money back for clothes that don't fit. Their email is [email protected] but they aren't helping.
