Bought something in December and got charged for a membership I never signed up for

I bought something from misscupcake.co back in December 2024. I didn't know it but they signed me up for some membership automatically. I didn't even realize it until October 2025. So I went to their website like they said and tried to cancel in October and November but nobody ever got back to me.

I called their support number and emailed them a bunch of times too. Still nothing. And half the months they charged me twice or even three times for this membership I never wanted. Their address is 16133 Ventura Blvd 7th floor, Encino, CA 91436. I lost about 780 dollars total. Just like other people I guess.
