Phone call saying my home insurance was about to expire

A guy named Jeff Morton called me. Said he was from Missouri Home Owner Ins. and that my insurance on my home was about to expire. He said I had to pay 242 dollars to keep the insurance.

I had to shut my debit card off before he could try to pull it. He said Walco Funding was the one that was going to be trying to pull it. The number he called from was 1(888) 928-0653. They are in Missouri.
