Signed up for a wash and now stuck in a membership I cannot cancel

I went to mistercarwash.com and got added to a membership thing. They are at 2975 s kino in Tucson, AZ 85713. Now I cannot cancel it no matter what I try.

It is impossible to get out of. I do not even show up on any of their platforms or systems. They took 0.40 dollars from me and it feels like I am stuck with this thing forever. I never agreed to be in a membership like this.
