Paid for a helicopter garden ornament and never got it

I ordered a helicopter garden ornament from this person. The email was [email protected] and they gave me a phone number too, (480) 694-1156. I sent them $41 for it.

That was a while ago and I never got the ornament. No package ever showed up. I tried the phone number a few times and no one picks up. Emailed them too but no reply back. Just nothing.

So I paid and got nothing for it. Pretty frustrating.
