Ordered a Hello Kitty Dodgers jersey that never arrived

I ordered a Limited Edition Los Angeles Dodgers baseball jersey with Hello Kitty on 8/5/25. It showed it was shipping and I never got it. I kept asking the status and no reply. Forgot about this until I was telling a friend recently. The website was mlbshop.com and the email they used was [email protected]. I lost $68.90 on this.
