Bought shoes and got signed up for a monthly fee I did not ask for
I bought a pair of shoes for $41.40 back on January 30th. What they didn't tell me was about some free trial. They just joined me up for a VIP membership for $59.95 a month. I never bought anything else from them. I did not catch it till June. So that's $299.75 later.
They told me they would make a exception and refund me back to my account. They don't have no phone number to call. Said 10 business days. It's been 14 now. I didn't want to cancel my credit card but I'm getting nowhere.
