Charged almost sixty bucks a month for a VIP thing I never signed up for

I ordered from MLO shoes dot com and then noticed they been taking 59.95 out of my account every month. They call it a VIP subscription but I never agreed to that. Nobody asked me if I wanted it.

I called the number on the site (767) 656-1116 and emailed support at [email protected] but nobody will help. Their address is 440 Monticello Ave ate 1802 in Norfolk VA. They took 179.85 total so far. I just want them to stop taking my money.
