Letter about a Certificate of Good Standing for my LLC with a deadline
It lists my business type, registration date, and a fee of $85.00. It asks me to confirm my business name, address, and ID number. Then it wants my name, email, and phone number—says in bold not to skip that step. They want a check or money order to MO Corporate Certificates at 2677 Highway K Suite 301, O'Fallon, MO 63368. You sign and date it.
It looks real until you read the fine print where it says “optional.” But at the top it says “PLEASE RESPOND BY: 05/11/2026” in big letters, so it feels urgent and required. The phone number on it is (800) 226-6952.
