Paid for a mobile mechanic who showed up but left after a few minutes

I paid $450 ahead of time to get a mobile mechanic service. The person said they came out to the job and were there for two and a half hours.

But the homeowner, where my car was broken down, saw him come. They said he just left shortly after. I never got the service done. The phone number was (304) 413-5816 and the address given was 18 Addison Cir, Morgantown, WV 26505.
