Ad on a solitaire game for pants that never came

I saw an ad for cargo pants while playing that mobilityware solitaire game. So I ordered a pair. It was like 42 bucks.

Got a confirmation email from [email protected] with a tracking number. Said it was shipping from China. Then the tracking said it was delivered. But nothing ever showed up at my house. No pants, no package, nothing. Just a fake tracking number I guess.
