Ordered Hey Dudes from a TikTok ad and got nothing

I saw an ad on TikTok for Hey Dudes on sale so I ordered a pair from Modedressy.com. The website looked fine and the price was good so I went ahead and paid. It was about $100.

I never got any shipping confirmation or anything. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote back. The website is still up but I don’t think it’s real. I just want my money back but I don’t even know how to reach anyone.
