Bought a radar detector that is completely useless

I saw an ad for a radar detector on modernlifestyleshop.com and paid $69 for it. What they sent me is a piece of junk. I can't even understand how it's supposed to work. The communication from the unit makes no sense.

I tried contacting their support email. They basically said too bad. The unit is no good and I'm just out the money. I lost $69 on this order from them.
