Ordered dresses online that never arrived after paying $300

I bought a few dresses from Modesees.com and paid $300. I never got them. I tried to find out where my shipment was, multiple times. Every time I asked, the company just emailed back saying the shipping was in progress. That was it. My package never showed up. I tried contacting them through their support email, [email protected], and the phone number (861) 769-1116, but got nowhere. The items just never arrived.
