Ordered dresses and pants from Modlily but never got anything

I placed an order to Modlily. It was for buy 3 dresses get 1 free, cost me $128.53. Then I ordered 8 pair of pants all different colors and 8 shorts sets also different colors for $41.97. Waited a while and asked about my order. They emailed me back from Molvcn saying they were having financial problems and couldn't keep up, wanted to give me back 30% of my money.

Then they said the package had been delivered and signed for. I never got anything. When I tried to contact them I figured out Molvcn and Modlily are the same company. Global logistics said it arrived at a local Post Office on 5/28/26 but the Post Master said no it had not. Molvcn finally agreed to give me 70% back but said they couldn't get the shipping fee from logistics. I am 88 years old and don't have money to give away. I have saved all the emails if you want me to forward them.
