Ordered 4 swimsuits but only got 2 in the first package

On April 17, 2026 I bought 3 swimsuits and the 4th was supposed to be free. The first delivery came on May 17 with tracking number GFUS01050225586624. The tracking says 3 items but there was only 2 swimsuits in the box.

On May 18 I started asking about the missing one. May 20 I got ticket number T260519HNNR and told them about the missing swimsuit. I was also missing another swimsuit so I had to pick something else. The second tracking YWATL010037030520 came on Monday June 8. I opened another ticket T260610MKZ2 and they just said be patient for 3 days. Still missing stuff and I lost $42.98.
