Ordered shorts from TikTok ad and never got them
They only responded to one email. They sent me my tracking number which I already had and told me to be patient and that it would take 7-15 days. That was on 8-17-26.
The tracking number updates but the date it says the package arrives at the next destination always shows a time it was received but the date is always 2 days further out. I lost 28 dollars on this.
Ordered shorts with fast delivery, never showed up after a month
Then I got an email from [email protected] saying it was delivered. But it wasn't. I checked my mailbox and my front door. Nothing. No package. No note. No tracking that actually worked. I tried emailing them back but nobody replied. Just feels like I threw my money away.
Bought shorts from a TikTok link and never got them
I contacted their support and they said they would expedite it. But it was already shipped so how does that even work? Then the tracking reset. Eight days later it said delivered again. Nothing showed up. I told them I didn't get it so they said they sent another package. Same thing happened a week later. Said delivered but nothing.
They use a fake tracking site called track687.com that just makes up updates. I think they are just trying to run out the clock so I can't dispute the charge with my credit card. I already notified my credit card company about the dispute but their customer support is still trying to delay and act like they are helping.
