Online order returned without telling me and they kept my money

I tried to buy something from their website mondoshop.com and they shipped it through DHL. I put the shipment on a vacation hold and I told Mondo about it. Then a week later without me knowing they sent DHL a return request. Neither company told me anything about it.

I only found out now when the vacation hold should have been over. They quietly sent my package back and took my money. I never got a notification from them or from DHL. The status on their website still says it was on its way when I checked an hour ago after finding out. They just stayed quiet after taking my package back and hoped I would never do anything about it.

I lost $88.33. Their address is 2802 Wetmore Ave, Everett, WA 98201 and their email is [email protected].
