Sent bad checks through my bank and took gift cards worth over 7200 dollars

They used my bank account to send bad checks. Before the checks cleared they told me to buy gift cards and send them the codes. So I ended up stuck with all the returned check fees and they got the gift cards. I lost over 7200 bucks.

I tried to get in touch with someone else besides the guy who was calling me. When I finally did he said I needed to pay 410 dollars first to get my money back plus the original loan. Then after I paid that he said I had to pay another 350 dollars. I never got the loan or any of my money back.
