Charged after asking to cancel over and over

I kept asking to cancel and they still charged me. This has been going on since early March. I asked multiple times to cancel and I was still charged.

I can’t get a refund. The email they used was [email protected]. I’m in the US. I lost about 79.98 dollars. It was supposed to be an online purchase.

I have been unable to cancel or get my money back.
