Sold a gift card and still waiting for payment

I sold a gift card for $75 and it’s been over 10 hours now and still no money. They told me it would take five hours to get paid. I used their website Money4cards.com and the email was [email protected]. I also got a call from (509) 368-4263. I just want my money.
