Bought a jacket online but never got it and the payment went somewhere else
The weird thing is, I bought it from Montana Western Shop, but the receipt says the payment went to some "Keystone Path Industry and Service" account on PayPal. I checked my own PayPal and I don't see the purchase there at all.
I emailed the shop at [email protected] and I even emailed PayPal at [email protected]. I haven't heard anything back from anybody. It just doesn't make sense.
Ordered a sweatshirt but got a completely different item instead
A couple days later I got tracking info, and it showed the package was coming from Italy. When it arrived, it was a completely different item. I sent them an email about it.
They replied and said they couldn't send the correct sweatshirt because it was out of stock. They offered me five dollars as compensation. I wrote back and asked them to send me a return label and give me a full refund. I haven't heard back from them since.
