Unauthorized $97 charge from a company I never heard of

I was looking at my bank ledger on 06-13-2026 and saw a pending $97.00 payment. I had no idea what it was for and I definitely did not authorize it. The draw was made by "LIFTAP".

So I called LIFTAP at 844-783-4933. They told me that "Monthly Savers" was one of their clients and that Monthly Savers was the one who authorized the $97.00 payment. They gave me Monthly Savers' number at 858-358-5732.

I called that number and got an AI helper. I could not talk to a real person at all. The AI just gave me an email address, [email protected], and said I could dispute the charge that way. I sent them an email, filled out their form, and they said they would contact me within 3 business days by email. I'm still waiting.
