Charged by a company called Chargerestore and no one will help

I had a charge on my credit card from 8445263887 Chargerestore Olympia USA. So I called them and they said they are just a payment processor and not responsible for the charge. They told me to call Monthly Savings at 858-358-5732.

So I called that number and got an AI system. It asked for my name and email. Then it told me to send an email to [email protected] to ask for an explanation of the charge. I sent the email but I haven't heard back yet. I lost $97 and I don't even know what this is for.
