Ordered products for my pharmacy and they want more money for shipping

I run a retail pharmacy and I ordered products from My Store. Paid $293. They said I could pay by credit card but the site was down so they offered PayPal, Cash App, and some bitcoin stuff. I used Cash App. They confirmed they got the payment.

Then they sent an email saying my order was being processed for shipping. Next thing I get another email asking for $300 more for "secure" shipping. I told them no way and asked for a refund. They said I couldn't get one because I "abandoned" the package. They claim the $300 would be refunded after delivery.

I have been talking to their customer service but they are really arrogant and just refuse to give my money back. Their website is moonrockonlineshop.com and they gave an address on Rainbow Road in El Monte California. Phone number is 1(951) 392-8578.
