Ordered clothes that never showed up from moralmall.com

I ordered some clothing from them, and it never came. Their return policy is thirty days from the date of purchase, which is convenient. It took 31 days for the item to be delivered, but it never existed in the first place. I tried contacting them a few times but they just ignored me. Lost $49.99 on this.
