Ordered clothes from a website and never got them

I ordered clothes from morstylea.com. Never received them. They said they would send them but something happened I guess. The delivery company says delivery was made but I think it's a scam delivery company they use.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. I lost about 40 dollars. Just want my money back or the clothes.

Bought something online and never got it, no refund either

I ordered something online on 4/15/26 and it said it would be delivered 4/16 or 4/17. It's now 5/29/26 and I still don't have my package. They won't refund my money either.

The app says it ships from K.A but it actually shipped from China. Then it says DELIVERED but nothing showed up at my door. I call and email them and they just keep giving me the run around. So now I'm out 20.98 and I don't have the product.

They lied from the start about where it was coming from and when it would get here.
