Phone call pretending to be Guaranteed Rate about my mortgage

They called me from (813) 305-2911 saying they were with Guaranteed Rate about my mortgage and lowering my rate. I spent a few minutes on the phone trying to get them to explain who they actually were. Finally they admitted they are part of a company called Mortgage Capital.

They impersonated Guaranteed Rate, which is my actual mortgage provider. They were trying to get me to refinance under false pretenses. No money lost but it felt really shady.
