Got a fake final notice letter about my mortgage at my new house

I just got this letter at my new house. It says "final notice" on it and everything. It had my name on it and it mentioned my actual mortgage company, which was really concerning.

At the bottom of the page, it even had what looks like a check printed on it. The whole thing felt off. It's clearly not from my real mortgage company, but it's scary they had my name and new address. I didn't lose any money, but it's a phishing attempt and it worried me.
