Got two letters about my mortgage that feel off

I have received 2 communications in the mail stating we have been trying to reach you regarding a matter of importance as it relates to your mortgage. It indicates the closing date of my HELOC, the amount, the lender and the county in Florida where I live. It also indicates my mortgage ID number.

The letter came from a PO box in Jacksonville FL 32245. There was no real website or email that worked right. The phone number they put was just zeros.

It didn't make sense to me. I never asked for anything like this and they had all my private info. Just felt wrong.
