Got a card in the mail about an "important matter" with my mortgage

I got a card in the mail telling me I have an important matter regarding my mortgage. It felt off. The card had a phone number on it, (888) 362-2821, and said the sender was in Daytona Beach, FL. There was another number too, 877-362-1809.

I don't know who this is from. I never signed up for anything. It just showed up. I didn't call the numbers because it didn't make sense to me. I don't want any contact from them.
