Postcard about my mortgage with no real company name

I got this official looking postcard in the mail. It says RE: Mortgage with NewRez Important-Immediate Response Requested. It tells me to call 1-833-609-0392. It says they have been trying to reach me about protecting my mortgage with NEWREZ.

The return address is PO Box 550588, Jacksonville, FL 32255. It says Mortgage Protection Center at the bottom. But it doesn't really say what company it is. It feels weird. I don't know if this is really from NewRez or not. I didn't call the number. I just wanted to report it.
