Got letters about a mortgage I never took out

I’ve received several letters in the mail about a mortgage. I didn’t take out any mortgage this year. I don’t have a loan for the amount they’re talking about.
I have credit monitoring and nothing’s been recorded in my name. The whole thing doesn’t make sense.
