Got a fake check in the mail about my mortgage

I got this waiver in the mail that was made to look just like a check. It was about a mortgage. It's clearly a scam, probably trying to get access to my bank account. The phone number on it was 1(800) 803-9220. They didn't get any money from me, but it's worrying they have my address and are using my mortgage to try this. The whole thing just feels off.
