Got a weird pink postcard about my Chevrolet service contract

I got this bright pink postcard in the mail. It had my full name and address on it. It says "final notice" and it's a Motor Vehicle Service Notification for a Chevrolet Owner. It has a Record ID and says the notification date is 03/16/2026, which is in the future. That felt off right away.

The card says their records show I haven't contacted them to activate my vehicle service contract. It says the contract on my CHEVROLET has expired or will expire soon. It tells me to call immediately at 1-866-202-1636 to activate my protection program. It says to avoid paying out of pocket for repairs. It asks for an immediate response and lists business hours. I don't have a service contract with them. I never signed up for anything. This just seems like a scam to get me to call that number.
