Unexpected charge from Movatiz, refund promise not kept

I saw a charge on my bank statement I didn't recognize. I called the number on the statement and they said they're just customer support for Movatiz. I couldn't find a phone number for Movatiz anywhere, so I sent an email from a website I found.

They told me they'd cancel my subscription and stop the charges. I also said I wanted my $34.79 back. They promised the refund would happen the next day, but I never got it.

I'm waiting to dispute the charge with my bank. They said if I close my debit card now, the refund might not come through, so I'm stuck waiting. I want people to know about this company.
