Paid for two programs but never got access to them

I bought two programs from them, one for $27 and one for $17. I paid for both but they never gave me access to any of it. All I got were links to buy more stuff from them.

I emailed them a few times and sent DMs on Instagram too. No reply at all. Then I looked at their Instagram comments and saw a bunch of other people saying the same thing. We all paid and got nothing. We just want our money back.
