FRAUD

I PAID FOR A PAIR OF SNEAKERS $95 AND THEY SENT AN EMAIL CONFIRMING MY PURCHASE BUT IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE, SO I TRIED FOR 3 DAYS TO CALL THEIR LISTED NUMBER 888-277-2560FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SEND ME A SIZE 9 FOR ORDER #2685 AND THEIR SUPPORT # IS A PHONY NUMBER WITH NO ONE THERE EVEN KNOWING WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT, THEY REFUSE TO GIVE THE LOCATION OF MOVLAIR, REFUSE TO GIVE A REAL PHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO ONE ANSWERS YOUR EMAILS TO THEIR "SUPPORT E-MAIL." TOTAL FRAUD AND REPORTED TO THE POLICE AND ATTORNEY GENERALS' OFFICE.

Facebook ad for Movair shoes sent me to Movlair and now I cannot return them

I saw this ad on Facebook for Movair with a picture of some walking shoes I liked. So I clicked shop now and it took me to Movlair. That is where I thought I was buying the shoes from because that is how it shows up on my credit card statement.

Now I just want to return them because they do not fit right. I tried contacting them through their support site to get some info. When I go to the tracking page and put my order number in, it just says no order with that number. So I have no way to even start a return.
