Ordered a mower part and it never shipped

I ordered a part from mowerpartsmart.com and paid $96. They took the money but never sent anything. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote back.

The website looked normal enough when I placed the order. It’s been a while now and still no part and no tracking number. Just feels like they took my money and that was it. No phone number to call or anything.

Order failed but they still charged my card for more than the total

I ordered some lawn mower parts from mowerpartsmart.com because they had free shipping and the prices were a little cheaper than other places. The website said "We are unable to process your order, which usually means there is no need to retry." So I figured it just didn't go through.

But then I saw a debit on my Chase debit card for $54.85. The total on the website was $50.79 so they even charged me more. The charge shows up under the name "YSE*VY Aike fun MONG KOK" which doesn't match the company at all. I never got any parts or a refund.
