Getting calls about a credit card debt from 2010 that isn't even his

I'm getting calls from someone calling themselves "Mr Harley." They called before too, saying my husband owes three thousand dollars from a credit card he supposedly had back in 2010.

First off, he didn't even have a credit card then. And even if he did, which he didn't, that's so old the statute of limitations has run out on it. They just keep calling about this.
