Text message group with 20 strangers promising Powerball winnings

Got a text from a number I don't know and when I opened it, it was a group message with like 20 other numbers I never seen before. All of them are US numbers though so that was weird.

The only message in the group was a picture saying to contact someone named MR MICHAEL BLACK with code W550 at 702-595-8159. It says $550,000.00 is being given to 200 people from some 2.04 billion dollar Powerball win. I never entered any lottery or sweepstakes so this makes no sense.

No company name or anything on the message. Just that phone number and the code.
