Paid for a package that was received but never given to me

I sent the money to California. The management team in NYC was supposed to get the package, and they did receive it. They called me to come get it on a Monday. Then three weeks went by. They just said to check my Discord. They said they only help who they think should be helped, which is no one. I got scammed out of $5,750.
