Got a threatening voicemail about a debt I don't owe

I got a voicemail from someone saying they're trying to reach me for "payment processing." The message said they've made multiple unsuccessful attempts by phone and mail, which isn't true. I never got anything.

They said I was "flagged as evasive and non-compliant." It ended with "to avoid further penalty" I should contact a Mrs. Clark at 409-761-7631. Then they said "Thank you and good luck." The whole thing was just vague, veiled threats. I don't have any debt with them.
